How do we find the right factory for the shoes, bags, or leather goods of your brand or project? We carefully select the suppliers we offer to our customers, both leathers and materials suppliers as well as factories for the production phase.
“Made in Italy” standards and quality are central to our choices, but we work with suppliers and factories at different levels in order to meet the needs of all customers who come to us, from the big brands operating in the luxury market to ready-to-wear fashion brands.
Price negotiation with the suppliers is also part of our services, so we can obtain the best prices with the best conditions for our clients.
Finally, we can take care of order management, deliveries, and all other important aspects (advertising samples, extra pairs for trade fairs, etc.).

Our product development team oversees the whole process of design, realization, material and component development, and final sample manufacturing.

In designing every shape and model of shoes and bags, all requirements in terms of style, fitting, comfort, feasibility, and price are carefully considered. Each stage of the process is controlled through well-tested procedures in order to detect issues quickly and make necessary corrections, ensuring maximum accuracy and precision in prototype development.
Each prototype is accompanied by all information required for sample creation: technical specs, consumption calculation, technical drawing with related execution instructions, material swatches, finishing procedures, etc.
In cases of production abroad, the entire set (model, shape, leather, etc.) is transmitted.

Quality control is a complex process of inspection and verification that we scrupulously conduct on raw materials (leather, linings, fabric, accessories) and the entire transformation process up to 100% finished products.
We inspect leather and all necessary materials, monitoring the whole creation of footwear, bags, and accessories with direct control at the production sites. In this way, we ensure that quality standards are met and that products comply with technical and quality requirements.
Thanks to our extensive experience in the sector as well as our in-depth knowledge of shoes/handbags/accessories and their related markets, we can guarantee consistent quality outcomes for final products that maintain the look and feel originally designed. This fully respects designer visions as well as target cost and time schedules.
Before shipment, a final inspection is carried out on a part of the order. We can also, on request, inspect the entire order (100%). For each inspection performed, we produce a detailed quality report.
